zinkphosphate-systems
Phosphate coatings are generally used as adhesion promoters for subsequent coatings and varnishes, to reduce friction and wear on surfaces and as temporary corrosion protection.
Manufacturing Program
- Zinc phosphate (layer weight 5-15 g/m²)
- Oiling of phosphate layers
Benefits
- The microporous layer structure is a very good adhesion base for subsequent coatings
- Temporary corrosion protection (48 h without base metal corrosion)
- High electrical resistance
- Good gliding properties
- Additional oiling / waxing possible for higher corrosion protection
