zinkphosphate-systems

Temporary corrosion protection. Bonding agent as well as friction- and wear reduction.

Phosphate coatings are generally used as adhesion promoters for subsequent coatings and varnishes, to reduce friction and wear on surfaces and as temporary corrosion protection.

Manufacturing Program

  • Zinc phosphate (layer weight 5-15 g/m²)
  • Oiling of phosphate layers

Benefits

  • The microporous layer structure is a very good adhesion base for subsequent coatings
  • Temporary corrosion protection (48 h without base metal corrosion)
  • High electrical resistance
  • Good gliding properties
  • Additional oiling / waxing possible for higher corrosion protection
